"Yana, put him under again!" he demanded, and she fumbled to retrieve the stone.
A delicate hand moved too quickly for her to move away and knocked it from her grasp.
"Shit!" Heather gasped and dove to catch it.
It was for nothing, as the weak form collapsed on his own.
"… Eh… a problem that solves itself," Volke sighed. "Let's get going."
